Our highly skilled Dim Sum Chefs start working around dawn every day. Before the first glimpse of sunlight, they are already working meticulously to ensure the number of pleats on a Steamed Prawn Dumpling “Har Gau”, or to prepare the dough for our fluffy Steamed BBQ Honey Pork Buns, or rolling away to create the multitude of layers needed for the puff pastries used in our Baked Egg Tarts. These are simply examples of the extensive array of painstaking, repetitive and tedious yet necessary tasks required to ensure freshness and quality in all our handmade in-house dim sum.
We pride ourselves for not using any MSG in the preparation and production of food. This is because we believe in using superior ingredients and treating them with the utmost respect and attention to details. We also provide a wide range of ‘Gluten Free’ items which impress lots of Coeliac diners. Our restaurant is highly recommended by The Coeliac Society of Australia Inc.
Our vast varieties of Dim Sum are served traditionally on trolleys. Prices range from $7.00 to $13.00. Choose to pay by actual consumption or indulge in our ‘All You Can Eat Yum Cha’ at $50.00 per person on weekdays and $60.00 on weekends.
